FALL 2011 FRIDAY NIGHT SOCCER

A soccer training & education program designed for ADULTS.

Friday Night Soccer is offered to individual players who are 18 years of age and up.  Bring your team and get results for everyone!  This popular training program is designed to give adult players the opportunity to develop their technical and tactical performance.

Adult players of ALL levels are welcome at our six Friday night sessions at WRAL Soccer Park.  Our program supports players from all levels of experience, as skill groups are developed to ensure that all players will learn, improve and enjoy an outstanding week of soccer.  Individual, as well as team development, is our main objective for each session.

Friday Night Soccer is unique in having coaches who have experience working with adult players, and who truly make the program enjoyable.  We have a  variety of excellent coaches that enjoy spreading their love of the game with fellow players.

Whether you are looking to improve playing skills or enhance your playing abilities, our adult soccer program will meet your needs. 

Technical training focuses on improving individual ball skills through emphasis on proper footwork, creativity with the ball, advanced passing

and shooting and 1 v 1 exercises. 

Tactical performance is improved through small sided games and activities which focus on the principles of attack and defense, positional play and combination plays.
