The Event

Registration Form

Time:          8:00 a.m. Registration / 9:00 a.m. Shotgun Start

Format:     18 Holes – Captain’s Choice

                   Golf carts and range balls will be provided.

Lunch:        Lunch will be provided.

Contests:    Hole-in-One, Longest Drive, Longest Putt, Closest to the Pin

Prizes:         Cash prizes for 1^st & 2^nd place!

Raffle:         You may purchase mulligan's at registration.

Cost:           $400 per team of four

                   $125 per Individual

Deadline:    Register by Monday, Oct. 3^rd

The Mission

Proceeds from this event will assist us in developing a new soccer complex to host games, practices, tournaments and educational clinics for the soccer community in the Triangle.  The Triangle Adult Soccer League (TASL) will be our first tenant at the new complex.
